RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
We take pride on the quality and precision we focus on when manufacturing our products. Our custom door items are guaranteed to meet or exceed your expectations. If we fail to do so, we take full responsibility. However, our in-stock doors and doors custom made correctly to your specific needs are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please double check your order for correct measurements, quantities, and product matches, prior to placing the order and making payment.
If Kapal Supplier, LLC determines that a product has been incorrectly manufactured or has poor workmanship, it will offer a replacement of the exact product ordered to the original purchaser, no different specifications will be accepted from the original order.
CANCELLATION AND CHANGES
Our custom doors go into production immediately after the order is placed and cannot be canceled or changed. Depending on the quantity ordered and current manufacturing plant workload, a lead time is associated with every order placed. Please note the lead time for your order before placing it and plan accordingly. In the event we are able to stop the order before it goes into production, we will provide a refund minus credit card fees accessed by the processor.
RETURN POLICY
No returns are accepted in any of our door items, either in stock doors or custom doors made to your specifications. Please note a difference of +- 1/32" in size could occur due to temperature effects during shipping. This size tolerance is not a reason to return the product.
The sole exception for return/refunds is if the product is incorrectly manufactured, has poor workmanship, has been damaged during delivery or you were sent the wrong product (e.g. a different door style to what you ordered). Kapal Supplier, LLC will offer a replacement of the exact product ordered to the original purchaser, no different specifications will be accepted from the original order. Please note that returns are only accepted if requested withing 2 business days of receiving the goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at @kapalindustries.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, then either mail or ship the product to the address below. Insurance on your return is highly recommended. Kapal Supplier, LLC is not responsible for returns that are lost while in transit to our company. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please note that shipping damage is the responsibility of the freight carrier and is not a reason to start a product return. This should be handled with the carrier and we will assist you in settling a claim with them.
Kapal Supplier, LLC is not responsible for the return shipping charges unless we shipped a different product to what you ordered.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

WARRANTY
All doors that exceed 60" will not be covered by warranty.
