SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time:
  • Stock items are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
  • We do not ship on weekends, holidays, or order cutoff times. 
  • Custom items have a typical 5-10 days lead time, if quantity exceeds our standard production lead times we'll contact you to provide a more precise time estimate. 
2. Shipping Options and Costs:

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days, cost determined by carrier.
  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business days, cost determined by carrier. 

4. Shipping Restrictions:
  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Order Tracking and Confirmation:
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped
